Here Are some Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: What if I need to advise you of something special or give you special instructions about my order?

A: Easy, either call us at 530-391-1881 or email us at inquiries@petmeister.com Be sure to include your name and/or order number and even a daytime phone number in case we need to call you back.

Q: I am in the service or work for the government overseas. Can I get items shipped to my APO Address?

A: Yes!! Unlike other companies, we do ship to APO Addresses. The items MUST be shipped via United States Priority Mail and sometimes will have a slightly higher shipping cost than what is indicated when ordering. If there is a difference in freight, we will notify you via e-mail to decide if you want to proceed.

Q: What if an item is delivered damaged?

A: We take great care in packing our merchandise, however, accidents do happen. If an item arrives damaged, do not throw away or otherwise destroy the packing box! Call us or e-mail us with your name, order number and a desciption of the damage. We will initiate a claim and get you a replacement item. You will be asked to repack the item and ship it back to us.

Q: What do I do if I need to return an item?

A: Please e-mail us at orders@petmeister.com or call us at 530-391-1881 to receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Pack items in their original package (Items sent back for a refund MUST be in saleable condition in it's original container)and return to:

Q: Is my personal information kept private?

Q: Is it safe to order from PetMeister.com online with a credit card?

Q: Can I get a full refund on my purchase if I am not satisfied?

A: Your SATISFACTION IS GUARANTEED. If you are not satisfied with your order when it arrives, you may return it for a prompt exchange or refund of the purchase price. Note: The freight portion of the order is NOT refundable unless we made a mistake with your order. Returns must be made within 30 days.
